Shipping Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 days (in-stock items) from the date of order. Shipping dates are as follows:

Economy Shipping: 3-8 days after processing
Standard Shipping: 2-5 days after processing
Express Shipping: 2-3 days after processing

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates come directly FedEx, USPS, & UPS and may fluctuate from time to time. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.

Damaged / Lost / Stolen Shipments

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier provided within your order details to file a claim.

Backordered Items / Pre Ordered Items

Backorder items and Pre Orders are currently in production and are shipped within 3-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
