Returns

Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@drashleywellness.com with the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product(s), the Dr. Ashley Wellness invoice that you received, and the confirmation number you have been assigned. We will refund your entire order issued as full refund, excluding return shipping costs, as long as all items purchased are returned.

Each return needs to have attached a return RMA along with the specific instructions attached for a full refund to be issued.

Please do not send your order back to the warehouse or manufacturer.

Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Customer Support Team is able to provide a return RMA for a full refund. Without the return RMA information the warehouse will not be able to verify the return. In which case the return cannot be identified and refunded. If the purchase is returned to the warehouse without an RMA and the order is identifiable, a standard charge of $2.50 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for warehouse processing.

Without the return RMA information attached to the returning item(s) the refund amount is subject to change due to warehouse processing & handling fees.

Note: We must receive the canister or bag within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. After following with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.

All matters regarding returns of Dr. Ashley Wellness products must be conducted with place of purchase (drashleywellness.com, etc). Returning an Dr. Ashley Wellness product without complying with our policy, or returning a product absent the protections afforded by Dr. Ashley Wellness as the retailer, or the protections conferred contractually to participants in the Dr. Ashley Wellness Authorized Reseller program will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable. Dr. Ashley Wellness defines ‘Product’ for the purpose of this policy as the sum of the following parts:

Dr. Ashley Wellness physical products (sealed bottles/containers containing unaltered Dr. Ashley Wellness product)

Dr. Ashley Wellness digital or marketing materials prescribed for distribution with the physical Dr. Ashley Wellness products, and

Warranty protections held by Dr. Ashley Wellness as the retailer or conferred by Dr. Ashley Wellness in contractual agreement to authorized resellers.

Products not containing the sum of its parts (products purchased from unauthorized resellers, who by definition, operate with no warranty protections that Dr. Ashley Wellness is contractually bound to honor for example) are defined by Dr. Ashley Wellness policy as ‘materially different’ from Dr. Ashley Wellness products sold to end users (customers) by Dr. Ashley Wellness or participants in Dr. Ashley Wellness’s authorized reseller program, and thus are not authorized for resell. Products resold by persons, parties or entities, not granted warranty protections in a mutual agreement with Dr. Ashley Wellness under Dr. Ashley Wellness’s Authorized Reseller Program are not authorized for reimbursement in the event of return under this policy. Warranty protections as granted by Dr. Ashley Wellness to authorized resellers cannot be purchased or transferred, and are held exclusively by Dr. Ashley Wellness, except as conferred through mutual agreement between Dr. Ashley Wellness and participants in Dr. Ashley Wellness’s Authorized Reseller Program.
